About the Project
Blocheck is a web application that digitalizes the entire rental process – from listing and communication to contract management and issue reporting. We developed a comprehensive solution that saves time, builds trust between users, and simplifies rental management.

Solution Detail
The client approached us with a request to create a web application that supports the entire process of renting real estate and uses modern technologies to digitize and automate related activities.
I want my own applicationThe landlord is greeted by an interactive wizard for adding a property, through which he can describe the rented apartment, house or cottage and make it available to potential tenants within the integrated advertising portal.
The advertising portal is equipped with by filtering and sorting based on several criteria, e.g. property type, layout or price. All users of the Blocheck application are thus always sure that they are working with a trustworthy person. It can also be blocked in the application so that the situation does not happen again.
In order to ensure the maximum possible credibility and fairness of the rental, registration in the Blocheck application is subject to an approval process based on facial recognition.
After negotiating the lease, the part of the web application dedicated to administration comes into play. The landlord and tenant can see all their rented properties and related documents (e.g. contracts) on their profile. Special attention is then paid to reporting malfunctions and problems, possibly reporting readings and other related administrative matters.
All pending matters can be conveniently monitored via the dashboard, which displays notifications about individual property reports, new messages and other possible tasks that need to be completed.
In addition to the functionality described, the application also includes real-time chat between the lessor and the lessee, which is used not only for quick communication, but also as a basis for legal proceedings if necessary. It also serves, for example, as a means of quickly reporting a malfunction.
