Assignment

The Labormex team approached us with a request to develop a mobile application for Android that will automate and simplify internal company processes in the direction of new employees.

The main goal and use of this mobile application is to simplify the recruitment of HR agency employees and speed up the assignment of suitable job positions based on the completed form.

As part of the collaboration, we created a mobile application for Android that streamlines internal company processes and facilitates communication between the HR agency and its clients.

Solution Detail

The client approached us with a request to develop a relatively simple mobile application. He had a clear idea of the graphic form and functionality, and therefore we were able to start development very quickly.

The core of the application is an interactive form that is filled out by those interested in job positions offered by the Labormex HR agency and which also serves as a means of registration in this company's database.

To fill out the forms are then followed by push notifications, through which HR agency staff communicate with individual employees and thus serve as a basis for filling the given job position.

After creating the notification system, all that was left was 'only' connect the mobile application to the existing back-end web application of the company, so that the content of both applications is linked and that the reflected changes appear in both systems.

We then styled the front-end of the mobile application according to the UX/UI design proposal provided by the client and put the finished app through a series of tests.

Once everything was optimized and properly tested, we deployed the app to users on the Android app store - Google Play .

Employees of the agency now have an efficient system at their disposal that speeds up their daily routine and reduces the potential risk of errors. In addition, the job position will be expanded to more potential employees due to the number of smartphone users and applications.
