RaLaw is a comprehensive information system that streamlines and automates the operation of law offices. In this way, lawyers always have an overview of the current status of individual phases of the process, processed tasks and reported hours.

The client approached us with a request to complete and optimize the already started development of an information system for lawyers, which will be distributed as a SaaS.

Taking over projects in progress carries a considerable amount of risk. However, at Rascasone we are not afraid to take on any challenge, especially when it comes to likewise a robust digital product with huge potential.

The client approached us with a request to complete and optimize the ongoing development of an information system for law firms.
I want my own applicationThe dashboard is also closely related to the notification center, which alerts you to important deadlines, the completion of individual process phases, and the assignment of new tasks. br>Another important part of this web application is files, to which you can assign file tags, add related tasks or upload documents. After connecting the e-mail box, the information system automatically uploads attachments from the related e-mail also connected to the insolvency register, thanks to which it draws attention to the client's possible insolvency.
Individual files are collected on a file overview page, where important terms are clearly highlighted, the possibility to share the file with a colleague from the organization or export work reports and other overviews to PDF or Excel.
The mentioned time sheets serve not only as a basis for reporting hours worked, but also as a data source for generating invoices within the integrated invoicing system. With the exception of the aforementioned report, it works with the law firm's client database and the selected hourly rate.
