The client approached us with a request to develop two applications for the Cooling Technology Union members to optimize processes related to inspections.

For this purpose, it was decided to develop a web application for Union members and their customers and a mobile application (Android, iOS) for service technicians.

We held several initial meetings where the client presented their concept, we added our own insights from experience with similar projects, and then prepared the first overview of requirements for the development of the web and mobile applications.

As part of the cooperation, we developed mobile and web applications that digitize and streamline the inspection of cooling and air conditioning systems.
I want my own appEach company can create an e-book in the application and then set up a user account for a mechanic. With the creation of the e-book, a label with a QR code is generated, which is attached to the respective device and serves as an identifier of a specific subject.
In addition to the mechanic’s user account, the application allows access for customers, i.e., equipment operators. Both parties can find here an overview of past and future inspections. They are informed of upcoming dates via notification email.
The mobile application, which is available for iOS and Android, is used to create and view records of the device. It is intended for mechanics. The app has access to the device camera, which is used to scan QR codes placed on the device. This eliminates the need to manually copy the serial number from the label.
