The client approached us with a request to take over an already developed custom B2B e-shop from a previous developer who was unable to fully dedicate themselves to further project development.
I want my own appOur main goal was to quickly understand the architecture of the e-commerce platform and help the client implement new, more advanced requirements for the digital product, especially its administration (CMS). Ensuring the reliable operation of the e-shop was also a priority.

The Rascasone team took over the management of a custom-built B2B e-shop and is responsible for its maintenance and development of new features based on client and market requirements.
I want my own appThe biggest challenge in taking over existing projects is traditionally understanding the architecture of the digital product and carrying out the related migration, which brings the product under the control of a new development team.
Despite the robust architecture of the e-shop, we completed the migration in record time, allowing us to focus on the implementation of functional extensions required by the client.
As part of the collaboration, we carried out a number of improvements that led to a better user experience (UX design) for both e-shop visitors and administrators. We also continue to develop the CMS by gradually adding more advanced tools, such as video management and sophisticated data exports.
